Milestride is a bird’s-eye view dashboard for last-mile mobility hubs, enabling operators to monitor fleets in real time with interactive maps, vehicle status insights, predictive maintenance, and smart charging optimization for improved efficiency and reliability.
01. The Challenge
Urban commuters often face unreliable last-mile options due to poor visibility of vehicle availability, unpredictable battery levels, and frequent downtime from maintenance delays. Mobility operators lacked a centralized system to monitor hubs, track fleets, and act on critical issues in real time.
02. The Solution
I designed Milestride, a bird’s-eye view dashboard with an interactive city map showing all mobility hubs, color-coded availability markers, and geofence zones. Operators can drill down into individual hubs to see vehicle counts, battery status, and operational health. Intelligent alerts, predictive maintenance scheduling, and smart charging optimization transform the system from reactive monitoring into proactive fleet management.

The dashboard improved situational awareness for operators, reduced downtime through predictive insights, and enhanced efficiency with automated scheduling and real-time alerts.
